Sarah Neville

Sarah Neville joined the family law team in 2025 and assists clients in both parenting and property matters. She understands that family law issues can be among the most challenging experiences in a person’s life, and is committed to helping clients achieve practical and lasting resolutions.

Before entering private practice, Sarah worked as a Judge’s Associate at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in both divisions, gaining insight into court processes and a wide range of complex, high-conflict matters that now informs her strategic and empathetic approach.

  • Admitted, Supreme Court of NSW; High Court register of practitioners
  • Member, Law Society of NSW, Newcastle Law Society, Hunter Valley Family Law Practitioners Association and the Family Law Section
