Rose Laffan

Rose Laffan joined the firm in 2013, having practised in family law since 2006. She assists clients with complex parenting matters, including Trans-Tasman disputes, appeals, relocation and parentage matters, and with complex property division involving trusts and corporate entities. She appears regularly in court, at arbitrations and in mediations.

Rose is a nationally accredited mediator and registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, which allows her to bring calm and technical skill to helping parties resolve parenting and property disputes in a safe, confidential setting. She was named a Rising Star in the Doyles Guide in 2024 and 2025.
