As a law firm, it is unlikely to come as a surprise that our staff are a bit competitive - even with each other.  This was apparent at our recent Mullane Lindsay lawn bowls afternoon.  As a team we joined together at Lowlands Bowling Club for a twilight roll up, and while it is safe to say that there was no single standout bowler amongst us, there were certainly moments of glory…and ruthlessness.

However, this outing was more than just a game; it was part of our commitment to fostering employee relationships and ensuring a positive firm culture and team morale.  At Mullane Lindsay, we believe that strong team morale and a supportive firm culture are essential. Activities like these not only strengthen our bonds but also enhance our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients. When our team is happy and cohesive, it reflects in the quality of our work and the dedication we bring to every matter.

I am pleased to say that at the end of the day the callous actions of intentionally knocking the winning bowl away from jack were forgiven, and the moments of glory are what we chose to remember; team morale remained not just intact, but strengthened.
